The Disaster Communications Service is headquartered at the County Emergency Operations Center (CEOC).  DCS operates at each Sheriff Station in addition to Emergency Operations Centers in 56 Cities, Fire Stations and with other agencies throughout Los Angeles County.

 
 
  Station A

The County Emergency Operations Center, part of the Sheriff Department's Emergency Operations Bureau and the Office of Homeland Security, provides services for the Los Angeles County Operational Area.

  District 2

East Los Angeles Station, located just east of downtown Los Angeles, provides services for the unincorporated County area and for the contract city of Commerce. East Los Angeles is a densely populated and proud community with strong cultural traditions.

  District 3

Lennox Station, located in southwest Los Angeles County, provides services for the unincorporated County areas of Lennox, Gardena, Athens, Los Angeles, El Camino Village, Del Aire, Wiseburn, and the contract city of Lawndale.

  District 4

Norwalk Station is located in the southeast corner of Los Angeles County. Norwalk Station serves the cities of Norwalk, La Mirada, and the unincorporated South Whittier County area with nearly 220,000 residents in a 24 square mile area.

  District 5

Temple Station, located in northeast Los Angeles County, serves the contract cities of Bradbury, Duarte, Rosemead, South El Monte and Temple City, along with the unincorporated County areas of Monrovia-Arcadia-Duarte, San Gabriel and East Pasadena.

  District 6

Santa Clarita Station is responsible for providing services to the City of Santa Clarita, as well as 600 square miles of unincorporated County communities of Stevenson Ranch, Castaic and Gorman with a total population of over 260,000 residents.

  District 7

The Altadena Station is located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains between Pasadena, La Canada/Flintridge, Sierra Madre, and the Angeles National Forest. The Station provides services to the unincorporated county areas of Altadena and Pasadena.

  District 8

San Dimas Sheriff's Station is located in the eastern portion of Los Angeles County, adjacent to the cities of La Verne and Pomona. The station serves the City of San Dimas and the unincorporated communities of Covina, Azusa, Glendora, La Verne, and Claremont.

  District 9

West Hollywood Station provides services for the City of West Hollywood and the unincorporated Universal City Walk. The City is approximately 1.9 square miles in size and has a diverse demographic makeup.

  District 11

Lancaster Station is located in the Antelope Valley. Station personnel cover an area of more than 600 square miles, including the contract City of Lancaster, and the communities of Lake Los Angeles, Quartz Hill, and Antelope Acres.

  District 12

Crescenta Valley Station is located in the foothills north of Glendale. The Station provides services to the City of La Canada Flintridge, the unincorporated communities of La Crescenta, Montrose, Lake View Terrace, and much of the Angeles National Forest.

  District 13

Lakewood Station, located in the southeast area of Los Angeles County, provides services to the contract cities of Artesia, Bellflower, Cerritos, Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood and Paramount. Each city has a unique and program that is tailored to meet their specific needs.

  District 14

Industry Station, located in the eastern portion of Los Angeles County, provides services to the cities of Industry, La Puente and La Habra Heights, and the unincorporated county communities of East and West Valinda, Valinda, Bassett/North Whittier and Hacienda Heights.

  District 15

Situated approximately 11 miles southeast of Los Angeles, Pico Rivera Station services a population over 96,000 residents in a 13.5 square mile area. This area encompasses the contract city of Pico Rivera along with the unincorporated area of West Whittier.

  District 16

Carson Station, located in southwest Los Angeles County, provides services for areas in Gardena, Torrance, Rancho Dominguez and the contract City of Carson. The Station's jurisdiction includes California State University, Dominguez Hills and UCLA/ Harbor General Hospital.

Lomita Station provides services to the contract cities of Lomita, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, and Rolling Hills Estates and to the citizens of our unincorporated County areas of La Rambla, Westfield and The Estates.

  District 18

Avalon Sheriff's Station provides services for Santa Catalina Island, San Clemente Island, and the ocean waters between the islands and mainland of Southern California. Catalina Island has a population of approximately 3,500 full-time residents.

  District 20

Marina del Rey Station provides services for the unincorporated area and operates six patrol boats in the harbor waters. Marina del Rey station is responsible for Ladera Heights, Windsor Hills, View Park and has a shared responsibility for the Santa Monica Bay.

Walnut / Diamond Bar Station is spread out over 45.2 miles, encompassing the contract cities of Diamond Bar and Walnut, and the unincorporated area of Rowland Heights. We provide services to more than 148,000 residents.

This Station serves a blend of residential, rural, mountain, beach and recreational areas. The cities include Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Mailbu, Westlake Village and the unincorporated areas of Chatsworth Lake Manor, Malibu Lake, Topanga and West Hills.

Cerritos Station is a 28,000 square foot facility built within the Civic Center by the City of Cerritos to provide high-quality public safety services, emphasizing community oriented policing to the city's 51,488 residents.

Century Sheriff's Station provides services to residents living within 13 square miles of southern Los Angeles County. These communities include the City of Lynwood and the unincorporated areas of Florence, Firestone, Walnut Park, Willowbrook and Athens Park.

Palmdale Station provides service for the contract City of Palmdale as well as THE 700 square miles of unincorporated County area from the Wrightwood ski area to Lake Hughes. Palmdale City is one of the fastest growing cities in California.

Compton Station is centrally located in the Los Angeles area. The City of Compton has a population of 98,000 living in its 10.5 square miles. The City is a balanced community, with an industrial base, residential areas and commercial centers dispersed throughout the city.
